What do you do with my data?
What you enter remains yours. You can download everything we have from you at any time in one go — that's under Settings in your account, and you'll get a zip with your data in it. You can also delete it, and then it's really gone. The privacy statement describes per type of data what we retain and for how long.
Do I need an account to get started?
No. The free check you do without an account and without an email address; the result appears immediately on screen and gets its own address that you can save. You only need an account if you want your answers to stay and to be tracked.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. There is no notice period and no minimum term. What you have built up so far, you can take with you when you cancel via the same download.
Is this advice?
No. We explain what applies and what is expected of you, with the source included. An assessment of your own situation is not that — for that you engage an adviser or contact the authority responsible.

What does the matrapas cost? The matrapas is completely free of charge for consumers. You pay nothing for requesting, downloading or using your product passport. The costs are borne by participating mattress manufacturers and sellers.
How long does it take before I receive my matrapas? After you have submitted your mattress information, you will normally receive your matrapas within one working day. In some cases this can take up to two working days, depending on the processing speed of our server.
Can I adjust my matrapas if my mattress information changes? Yes, you can update your matrapas by logging in with your email address and password. Changes to sustainability data, warranty periods or contact details can be easily made.
What information do I need to have to request my matrapas? You have the model type and the production year of your mattress. In addition, data on materials used, warranty periods and the country of origin of the manufacturer are helpful. You can usually find this information on the manufacturing label or in your proof of purchase.
Is my matrapas recognized abroad? The matrapas follows European guidelines and is recognized in all EU Member States. For countries outside the EU, recognition may vary by region. Contact us for specific information about your destination.
